Dr. Darling was out today to check on the critters and perform "brain" surgery on the calves. The surgery will make little bulls into good steers. He also checked Cash's abcess and Chance's teeth.
Jim spent the day fixing fences as we had had enough great escapes. Leeso and Warrior had been kept in the calf pen to keep them contained. They has so much fun playing.
They were glad to get back to their herd, but surprisingly enough, they met me in the barn tonight and asked to be put away. What funny boys.

The upper turnout has a big water trough and we dumped and cleaned it. Ruby couldn't wait for it to fill. Aurora was waiting in the background.
