Fog and Cat Climber

The day was foggy and drippy. Absolutely wonderful according to me. "I'm tired of the mud already," according to Jim. "No flies," said I. "Much mud," said Jim. "I'd rather be damp and cool than damp and hot," said I. " I want cool weather and no mud," said Jim. How could we survive for 45+ years, I wonder? Any way it was a grand if slippery day.

Little Gracie doesn't much care as long as there is something good to eat.

We left on an adventure, passing fog bound horses in the upper turn out.

We believe in recycling and saving money. Our very favorite place to do both is Jeannie's Consignment in Paradise. They always have good deals and are very supportive of Home At Last.

There are all kinds of good things to look at and buy.

Carol and Sean save things for the sanctuary. Carol always wants to know what I need. This time I told her I wanted a cat climber. "I have one you can have," Sean said, so we picked it up today.

There are saddles and tack to buy along with boots, hats and all sorts of goodies.

If this doesn't make you feel festive, nothing will. I love it.

Thanks Carol and Sean for always being there for Home At Last. The cats love the climber and the barn cats like their snuggly blankets.
Thank you to Carla G for her donation.
Tomorrow we will be at Oroville Tractor Supply Company from 10-2. Come by for a pony ride and meet Sparkle. We'll be there next Sat., too. You can have your picture taken with a horse or pony.
We have a new website in progress. http://homeatlastsanctuary.webs.com Let me know if you can or can't get it. It's in progress and we are working out the difficulties.
