Lexi is today's greeter. She wanted to make sure she had a close-up. She was in the back of the barn and galloped to greet me this morning. What a doll!!!! Maggie B and Sugar discuss the upcoming events of the day. Who will they see? What will they do? Will somebody feed them? Will Helen come with treats?
Ruby wears her mud beautifully. She has enjoyed having free time, eating grass and meandering around.

After finishing chores, Martin and Adrianna showed up. They do a lot of volunteer work for Home At Last. If you need grading or cement work give Martin a call.
Martin and Adrianna brought their trusty Bobcat to help clear our roads. They worked about 3 hours moving mud from here to there.
Before Martin started our road looked like this. We slipped and slid and gooshed all over the place.
The road looked like this when he finished. We can walk without sinking to our knees now.
There is still a lot of mud left. When it dries more, Martin will be back to move it away. When he tried to move the really wet stuff it just rolled like water.

Thank you Martin and Adrianna for all you do for Home At Last.
Yesterday and today water tanks cracked. Does anyone have a 25, 50 or 100 gallon water tank they no longer need? We can use all the water tanks we can get.Thank you, Brian, for the sack of feed.
We can use all the feed we can get. The animals just keep eating.

The sunny weather has made everyone much happier. Lots of naps were taken today. Sometimes as many as 6 or 7 animals were stretched out at one time.
