Hurray!!!! It's tee shirt and straw hat weather.
No more muck boots for a while except to put away goats. The barn is still swampy. Help!! The breezeway is taking on a life of its own. We need to straighten it. We planted some carrots and lettuce . Beth became a tractor driver this morning. You go, girl. Soon you'll be doing all the feeding while I have a second cup of tea. It was warm today and the critters found cool spots in the shade.

It was a good time to get a cool drink And there were a lot of nappers.
The dogs

The calves A hinny Baby goats
Even Hector. Princess couldn't believe what I did this morning. I was hopping around the couch and caught my baby toe on the coffee table. I know. I know. Hopping is for for frogs, rabbits and wallabys, but it seemed like a good idea at the time. All day long I pretended it didn't hurt, but when I took off my sock tonight and saw the swollen and colorful digit I had to admit it was broken,
Now, this is the first time this particular toe has suffered because of my clumsiness, but if it's like all the others I'll break it at least 3 more times before I leave it alone. Thank you Diane P and Donna A for your donations. You are wonderful.
