Lazy Day

Today was a relaxing catch-up day. Lots of watering to be done, both animals and plants. It was hot, even in to the evening.This is the thermometer in the breezeway. It's always 10 degrees cooler here than outside.

It was a very lazy day. Everyone was resting. The calves found shade and slept.

Keecha found shade on the back deck.

Zoe snoozed in the front.

Princess curled up on the couch while

Fiesty wrapped himself around the plant stand.

Patches turned this way

Then that way.The horses dozed in the shade of the trees and we dozed in our recliners. Maybe tomorrow we'll be a little more lively.
