Sunday found Jim finishing the new goat yard. Pictures tomorrow.
I set off for the Thrift Store. What in the world is in the front seat?
Naturally, we were all so busy that I didn't take pictures until we were finished. Su brought some beautiful signs she painted for the store. She brought items to sell, also.
Here Ron is tying laundry baskets in the truck so I can wash some things for the store. He had been busy welding, hammering and generally working hard all day.
This is the sign in the front. Great, huh? Come by and see it in person. 611 Walnut Chico.
We still need lots of donations. Today Laura, Su, Helen and I spend sorting and pricing. There are some really special items here.
Another great sign for a really great store. We need volunteers. Call 530-990-1340 for more information.
See? We need volunteers.
There are household items, furniture, clothing, shoes, linen and lots of other good things to buy. Store opens Tues Feb 15 at 10:00.
Shoes for men, women and children. Big shoes, little shoes, old shoes, new shoes, fancy shoes, plain shoes. Shoes for you.
There is a boutique with never worn, new, barely used and really nice items.
What is this?
It's a new- used only once or twice Troy-Bilt...
Chipper-Shredder. This will go on Craigslist or ebay . You can have it first for only $500.00 You know the new ones cost much much more. Call 530 -990-1340 and it can be yours before anyone else gets it. It's time to shred those limbs. Be the shredder-chipper champ in your neighborhood.
Jim turned the goats into their new yard and he said they were ecstatic. They romped, ran, played king of the mountain, and wagged their little tails. The surrounding horses were sure those little critters were horse getters. Jim said they galloped, snorted and had the run around crazies.
Thank you, everyone, especially Helen and Ron, for all the hard work in making the Thrift and Gift Store a success.
